This summer, hundreds of young people from across South Korea will come together at the Gyeonggi-do Youth Training Center (경기도청소년수련원) in Ansan City for an unforgettable experience: FSY Korea 2025. Youth ages 17 to 19 and counselors ages 19 to 35 have been invited to participate in this special event, designed to strengthen faith, build friendships, and prepare participants for lives of service and discipleship.

Representatives from 20 different stakes, districts, and missions — including the Busan Korea Stake, Changwon Korea Stake, Daegu Korea Stake, Jeonju Korea Stake, Seoul Korea West Stake, and more — will join together for four days of spiritual learning, activities, and connection. Youth attending the conference are required to submit a participation fee of 50,000 KRW, with the payment deadline set for July 30, 2025.

The gathering is more than just a summer camp. As described by the session director, the purpose and promise of FSY were underscored by a message originally delivered in Korean by President Russell M. Nelson, president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, during a worldwide devotional for youth in June 2018:

“Dear young brothers and sisters, you are among the finest spirits our Heavenly Father has ever sent to this earth. You have the capacity to be smarter and wiser than any previous generation and to have a profound influence on the world.” (“Hope of Israel,” June 2018 Worldwide Youth Devotional)

The session director added:

“I firmly believe the prophet’s declaration is true. You are beloved sons and daughters of God and are truly special. There are joyful and important tasks waiting for you to fulfill as instruments in the Lord’s hands.

FSY is not merely a youth summer camp. Through this conference, you will receive messages from heaven meant specifically for you. The Lord desires to give you special guidance, direction, comfort, and lasting influence — not only for your near future but for all eternity.

Even when the world tries to instill fear, have courage and make ‘time for the Lord.’ Believe that priceless blessings are prepared for you when you do so. As Doctrine and Covenants 6:36 teaches: ‘Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not.’ We look forward to meeting you. We love you.”

Participants can expect a program filled with devotionals, group activities, service projects, and opportunities to strengthen their relationships with Jesus Christ and each other. The Church has officially released a list of participating stakes/missions/districts for the conference:
