A broader term for this condition might be Pre-Fall Premortal. Reserved for Adams and Eves on newly formed worlds. When Adam and Eve were given their bodies of flesh and bones, they were on the earth but had not yet entered the Garden of Eden.
After Eve was presented to Adam, they were both introduced into the Garden of Eden together. Adam and Eve were married by Heavenly Father in the Garden of Eden.
Adam and Eve could not die until they had partaken of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil (the forbidden fruit). Their partaking of the forbidden fruit ushered the earth and every form of life upon it into a mortal telestial condition, the condition in which we currently exist.
